I am looking at apartments in various area's of Seattle. However, I want to know which is the best area for me. I am basically looking for a very bare min. very low cost studio apartment. I want it to be safe, or at least not infested with danger. I also want it to be close enough to downtown w/o actually being in the heart of downtown.
If you know anything about renting an apartment in Seattle, please give me some advice. Thank you.Out of all the neighborhoods in Seattle which one is the best choice?
If you want to keep it low cost, your risk of danger goes up. That鈥檚 the same in every major city across the US. Safety comes at a price and it鈥檚 worth paying. I would recommend the Queen Anne area, where you can expect to pay at least $900 per month for a studio. If you鈥檙e up for an area that is a bit more hip and edgy, check out Capitol Hill where you can expect to pay anywhere from $750 to well over $1,000 for a studio. West Seattle is an affordable and nice option. I鈥檝e seen studios go for as little as $650. The same price will fetch you a studio in Seward Park, but it鈥檚 not nearly as safe. You鈥檒l pay less in Columbia City 鈥?studio around $600, but I wouldn鈥檛 live there, no matter what the cost! Get a bit further out of the city, like Renton and you can find studios for just over $500, along a busline and in a very safe neighborhood.
It really depends on what you consider affordable and how much you鈥檙e willing to pay for safety.Out of all the neighborhoods in Seattle which one is the best choice?
For "very low cost", bare minimum you will end up in a less safe area of town.
So be prepared to up your budget a bit in order to get into nicer areas of town.
My suggestions - Queen Anne (the cost is a bit lower if you can find a place on upper Queen Anne), Capitol Hill, University District.

Where do I dump a large furniture in Seattle?
I want to dump a bed in Seattle, what's the place called? Dump Station?Where do I dump a large furniture in Seattle?
If it is in any kind of decent condition, either donate it to a homeless shelter, or list at http://www.freecycle.org/. Someone in need could use it, and it will save space in an already too-crowded landfill.Where do I dump a large furniture in Seattle?
Close. It is called a "transfer station". And I think you can go to your city's website and find the one closest to you. And they have those "recycle" events where they will take them too.

How long does it take by bus from Seattle to North Bend or Tulalip, Marysville? No car, wanna go outlets 2shop
We'll be staying in a hotel in downtown Seattle and we would not be renting a car. Is it a long bus ride back %26amp; forth to these outlet stores? Thanks! How long does it take by bus from Seattle to North Bend or Tulalip, Marysville? No car, wanna go outlets 2shop
From Seattle to North Bend you could use Metro route #214 which takes about 1.5 hours bus only runs during weekday rush hours. At other times you would need to use Sound Transit route #554 from Seattle to Issaquah the transfer to Metro line #209 for the continuation into North Bend. Between Seattle and Marysville %26amp; Tulalip it is much the same situation where Community Transit operated direct weekday rush hours service but during off peak times it would require a trip to Everett on Sound Transit route #510 then a Transfer to Community transit local service from there. I'd personally go with North Bend due to the closer proximity. Good Luck.

What are some romantic date ideas in the Seattle Area?
I would like to take my gf exploring in the Seattle Area. We are both new to the area. What are some romantic date ideas or attractions in the area? What are some romantic date ideas in the Seattle Area?
It depends on how much you are looking to spend.....
A fun place to go to is Pike's Place Market. They have all sorts of shops from arts and crafts to a rad video game/comic book store as well as several merchants along the way. I have been there many times and every time I go there is always something else new that I missed. They also have a huge variety of food! Try the indian food cart it's delicious!
Pike's place is also right by the water and a nice park for taking a little stroll. If you go a couple streets up there is also a place called Game Works which has a bunch of really fun games (for all ages of course).
http://www.gameworks.com/
For dinner if you are on a budget I suggest the Ol' Spaghetti Factory it's about the price of your average Oliver Garden or Red Robin. For a super romantic evening, take her to The Melting Pot. It's a fondue restaurant. Very nice feel and it's actually kinda fun cooking your own food in front of you. There is a dessert fondue too!
There are also several bars down by Pike's Place if you are looking to go barhopping at night.
Hope this helps. Have fun!!!What are some romantic date ideas in the Seattle Area?
Alki beach it's in west seattle very pretty view of the seattle sky view during sunset.
A walk and picnic/ kite flying at gasworks in the day time not at night. Then theres a bunch of homeless men chillin.
Tillacum village is fun if your looking for an adventrous date.

What is the best vegan/vegetarian restaurant in Seattle?
I will be in Seattle tomorrow and I wanted to know what was the best vegetarian or vegan restaurant downtown.
Thanks! What is the best vegan/vegetarian restaurant in Seattle?
Try any of the restaurants listed on VegDining.com. Here's the link for Washington:
http://www.vegdining.com/GetRestList.cfm鈥?/a>
Just click from page to page to get to the Seatlle list. There are some ten of them in the city.
Good luck!
If you have a car, and/or are feeling adventurous, I strongly recommend:
Cafe' Flora
It is the best vegetarian restaurant in the city. It's about two miles from downtown at 2901 E Madison St, it is worth the trip!
Madison street is a major cross street downtown, just take it west 29 blocks.
I have have had several great meals there %26amp; I am not a vegetarian.

Does anyone know of a good school in Seattle Washington for being a vetrenarian?
I want to be a vet and live near Seattle. Anyone know of a good college or university in the area specializing in this field?Does anyone know of a good school in Seattle Washington for being a vetrenarian?
There aren't very many schools of veterinary medicine. Check with the regulating authority at the link here:

Most searches didn't produce real information, which leads me to believe that there isn't one near Seattle.
