How do you sign Seattle in sign langauge?

I have to sign a song for sign language and I'm doing the song "Hello Seattle" by Owl City.

How do you sign Seattle, the city in sign language? How do you sign Seattle in sign langauge?
It's just an 'S' handshape, palm forward, shaken slightly. Very small movement.

If you were using in conversation and someone did not know the sign, you may have to fingerspell it at first, then use the sign, so they know the meaning. But I have seen many many Deaf people using that, from all over the country (including Seattle).
Please see the link below. I do NOT do sign language, so I'm going by what I read. It seems that the name of the city can be spelled out. In a video connected to this link, the person spelled out his name in sign language when he was introducing himself. How do you sign Seattle in sign langauge?
when you say a title of a song, movie, etc., you fingerspell it.
