What is the prepaid phone plan with best coverage in both Seattle and Vancouver?
Specifically I'm looking for a major carrier like Sprint, T-Mobile, etc that has good coverage in and between both Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, British Columbia. That has a decent rate for calls in both countries.What is the prepaid phone plan with best coverage in both Seattle and Vancouver?
