I FAR prefer to go to the Value Village stores we have here than the silly "designer" stores. Who are you trying to impress, anyway? If you can't afford designer clothes, why wear them? People do notice when you're driving a cheap car but wearing jeans that normally cost $200 - so what's the point?
Value Village sells used clothing but everything's in great shape plus clean and good names. I've bought Levis Jeans, Doc Marten boots, Timberland Boots - just about anything you can think of for mere dollars.
One of the best ways I have found to save money
is by saving more by shopping smart online.
This is the best place I have found;
It's free and you get cash rebates on purchases.
You can still use coupon codes and other saving discounts.

What discount stores are there in Seattle WA for adults and teenagers?There are two main destinations for discount clothing -
Seattle Premium Outlets on the Tulalip Indian reservation near Marysville (30 miles north of Seattle)
The outlets at North Bend (30 miles west of Seattle).
Websites with store listings are here:

In Seattle nothing really. You have to go pretty far outside the city for outlet malls. Shops in the city that call themselves outlet stores really arn't,,,
