Where in Seattle did the last scene of Mission Impossible III take place?

I live in Seattle, and I did not recognize the bar/restaurant, bridge, docks, or anything else about the last scene in MI3. If it is indeed in Seattle as the movie suggests, it must be a fairly unknown area, because I can't think of any arch bridges in the greater Seattle area.Where in Seattle did the last scene of Mission Impossible III take place?
