From Seattle to North Bend you could use Metro route #214 which takes about 1.5 hours bus only runs during weekday rush hours. At other times you would need to use Sound Transit route #554 from Seattle to Issaquah the transfer to Metro line #209 for the continuation into North Bend. Between Seattle and Marysville %26amp; Tulalip it is much the same situation where Community Transit operated direct weekday rush hours service but during off peak times it would require a trip to Everett on Sound Transit route #510 then a Transfer to Community transit local service from there. I'd personally go with North Bend due to the closer proximity. Good Luck.
