My friend bought a car from his friend in seattle and I was wondering what are the neccessary requirements and cost to transfer, register, a 1999 passat vwWhat do I need and how much will it cost to register a vehilce from seattle to oregon?
You go to your local DoL and register it. Do not register it in another state as they will eventually catch you and you will pay a large fine. You have 10 to 15 days to register the car in whoever's name is buying it. How much it is I do not know.
