What are the safest and most popular neighborhoods in Seattle,WA?

I was just curious to because i was thinking of moving there myself one day.

So far in my opinion I like Ballard neighborhood and West Seattle neighborhood.

But of heard of some crimes in the Ballard neighborhood.

But i was just wondering which neighborhood is safe or popular in Seattle.What are the safest and most popular neighborhoods in Seattle,WA?
