How would I be able to visit Seattle?

I am 16 years old and I want to visit Seattle by myself But I do not have a place to stay and I believe you must be 18 and must have a credit card to rent a hotel room. I can get enough money to go but i only have cash. Suggestions anyone?How would I be able to visit Seattle?
