Why did SuperSonics have to end in Seattle and move to Oklahoma?

And what are they going to do with the Arena in Seattle? Why did SuperSonics have to end in Seattle and move to Oklahoma?
Seattle probably had a bad contract when it comes to the money. Another reason why Oklahoma have there own team now because New Orleans had the Katrina situation and moved to Oklahoma for the the New Orlean Hornets season. Thus, the Organization and the NBA respected Oklahoma city for helping the N.O hornets for there games.

Now the Hurricane Katrina left and New Orleans can move back with a new arena and areas. Now the Oklahoma Have a new team called The OKC Thunder.
The City of Seattle refused to put money into the arena to upgrade it. The team was purchased by Oklahoma City interests, which had recently had great success as the temporary home of the New Orleans Hornets.

Oklahoma City was able to offer the team a modern venue, which was something Seattle was unable or unwilling to do.Why did SuperSonics have to end in Seattle and move to Oklahoma?
they didnt had the money and look they make stupid trades like rashard lewis for 2ad round pick to switch not for keeps.ray allen and glen davis for jeff green wally and west.they could have gotten 1st round pick and look they traded wally and west to cavs for mashall and released mashall so it was like ray allen and glen davis for jeff green
Its sad to see the Sonics go they have a lot of history in Seattle, I know that OKC will share there history with the Sonics but at least they changed the named to Thunder (which sounds dumb) and preserve the Sonics name.
i live in seattle been a sonic fan since i was 7, i was sad when they left.. CLAY BENNET SUCKS!. the arena will hosts stuff like concerts
OKC sucks.
not enough money.
they had a bad contract
